(Popping Axel cherry ^^)

The smell of chocolate filled the air, driving a young wild-haired man towards it, curiosity planted on his face while walking up the street in the direction he assumed it was coming from. He smiled mildly at the street performers that were giving their best, wondering if he'll ever be able to play the harmonica with such talent. A group of people gathered around them, humming and clapping along while children swayed and danced by their side, too young and free to care about passing spectators. There appeared to be a lot of children out today actually, most of them gathering around a stand that sold chocolate bars in fancy wrapping, strange little people in charge of it. It seemed business was going well for them, making the idea of trying their products all the more appealing.

Although it was a warm summer day the wind blew surprisingly hard, blowing the ends of his loosely buttoned shirt behind him, exposing the plain one he wore underneath. Strands of hair tickled his face, his Ray Ban sunglasses preventing them from falling into his eyes. As he got closer to the chocolate stands he noticed a group of people gathering around them, amongst who stood a man in an eye-catching outfit with a matching top hat and a radiant young woman wearing an apron, probably the chocolatier behind all of this, making them stand out from the rest of the crowd. Standing next to them were two men trying chocolate bars he recognized from the stand he'd just passed, one of them carrying a guitar on his back and behaving rather affectionately towards the only woman present, making him think they might be romantically involved. As interesting as they seemed, something else caught his attention for the time being.

His eyes widened in childlike awe as a variety of sweets appeared before him, his desire to try one of them suddenly increasing. Pulling down his sunglasses to get a better look he let them hang appathetically from one ear, slightly swaying under his chin as he moved around. He observed the chocolates for a little while, admiring their various shapes and taking the sweet smell of them in, finding it strangely familiar from somewhere, as if it resembled something close to him, almost catching the thought only to have it flee from him in the next moment. As the feeling subsided he realized he was standing just inches away from the female chocolatier that was now being offered a chocolate bar as well, quickly deciding to strike up a conversation with the group instead of just feasting his hungry eyes.

Axel turned to her, hoping the rest of the people wouldn't mind him stealing her for a moment. "All of these look great, miss. It's almost impossible to decide which one to try first." He commented and smiled warmly, wondering if she had a solution to this sweet dilemma.

(Woot woot!)

Upon receiving easy and quick verification from Vianne, Wonka grinned widely. His violet eyes examined the tempting display of chocolates before him as he thought about which one he should pick. "Hmm..." He spotted a cute fudge truffle that looked particularily delectible. "I'll try this one!" he announced, picking it up carefully with his gloved hand and popping it in his mouth. He let the sweet cocao recipe melt upon his wet tongue, savouring the taste of the treat. He nodded in approval and swallowed after a few more moments.

"Pretty darn good..." he commented honestly. Wonka was then happy to see that Spencer and Roux had tasted pieces of the Wonka Bar and had seemed to really enjoy the experience.

"That's wonderful!" he exclaimed, glancing at both men before looking back at Vianne. "Now, theres only one more person left standing who hasn't tasted my famous Wonka bar..."

But before he could offer her a piece, a young man with the outward appearence of a scruffy teenager approached the stand and gave the female chocolatier one heck of a compliment out of positively nowhere. This surprised and irritated Wonka. What a moronic little snot-nose! Didn't he recognize the world-famous chocolatier standing so gallantly before him? PLUS he had been interupted. That's like, a triple offense right there!

He furrowed his eyebrows, grin dropping immediately. Hopefully Vianne would address the kid quickly so they could get on with their business without further setbacks.

Vianne keen eye swept up and down the bar of chocolate in Roux's hand, taking a moment to shamelessly study and compare. Velvety brown texture, smooth surface, all complete with an avidly bright foil wrapper. This looked promising. The men aside had also expressed with zest how good the chocolate promised to be - and the extravagent promotional dictions from the man behind the bar aided it too, for Vianne had no reason to believe otherwise. Her hand hovered, about to pinch it from the Irishman's hand, when she stopped and turned. A young man was offering her some sweet praise, a mop of wild hair held back from some headwear of his and grinning kindly.

She turned more fully, away from the bar of chocolate and returning his smile with a wholesomeness. He looked so, at liberty. Vianne could tell almost right away, he was not from Lansquenet - and a pleasure it was to meet new people, she always believed. Turning to Wonka who finishing up with a truffle, she gave him a smiling-nod. Her voice lifted, along with her brow as she eyed him with perceptiveness. 'As glad I am you enjoyed the somptueux pommade truffe, I wouldn't get too close. I don't think thats your favourite.'

With a clever wink, she addressed the men more openly. 'If you will excuse me a moment, monsiers. The bar of chocolate will have to wait for me.'

Letting her eyes guide from gentleman to gentleman, she allowed it to sit on Roux for just a second longer, giving him a swift up-and-down. As handsome as ever. How happy Anouk would be to see him, maybe even Pantoufle would be pleased too. Musing of the kinder future would have to wait, there were customers waiting afterall. Vianne turned her attention back to the lad, saluting her finger quickly to let him know she would be right with him. 'I have just the thing for you, Monsier .. ?'

She left it open for him to introduce himself, Vianne always being one to welcome people to her shop (and stall) with open arms. Vanishing behind the counter, she ducked and rummaged along the lower shelves for what she needed. Kept safe at the back for when its' time to shine would arise. She pulled it out, holding it carefully against her as she straightened back up and set it down gently on the surface top. Her precious ornament, the marvellous spinning plate with its endless shapes and colours.

With a swift flick of her four fingers, she swiftly span it and leant her elbows alongside it letting it spin fast and free. 'Look into the centre, and what is it you see?'

(Managed to piss Wonka off with my first post, lol what an accomplishment :P Read it and replied, Vianne.)

Axel's smile dropped a little once he'd noticed the man in the top hat wasn't really keen on him borrowing the chocolatier for the time being, replacing it with a rise of eyebrows and temporarily looking away to avoid awkwardness. Was it something he said? He couldn't quite put his finger on what had just happened but something told him addressing the matter would only make things worse, deciding to keep to himself until one of the men introduced themselves.

Changing his expression made his sunglasses slip from his ear, catching them in his hand on reflex before they could hit the ground. He folded them, deciding to put them away while he was here. Just then the young woman reached him, filling the air with her sweet accent, asking him for his name. Monsieur Axel, he thought to himself. Has a nice ring to it.

"Axel. Axel Blackmar", he stated, his attempt to stick the sunglasses in his pocket preventing him from shaking her hand. When he was done she had already disappeared behind the counter, proceeding to bring out some sort of plate. He glanced at her then the object, scrunching his hair inadvertently while studying it, making the strands on the back of his head stick up even more. His lips stretched into a curious grin. What was this thing? And what did it have to do with choosing chocolate?

Hearing her explain what he was to do he nodded in understanding, finding her method unconventional but interesting. "Alright", he said as the plate begun to spin around, making him squint his eyes in attempt to make something out of it. Suddenly the colors started mashing together, making the image clearer with each second.

"Hmm, look at that", he said to himself as he mused how to put what he saw into words. "Okay", he indicated he was ready, proceeding to talk in a normal tone of voice. "I see a… a fish. A huge red fish, which I'm pretty sure doesn't really excist…" he paused, finding what he was about to describe almost too ridiculous to be said out loud. "…flying over a village that consists of little cottages and trees and a… a lake? That must be where it's heading." He grinned, thinking he's doing nothing but confusing the poor woman with all this nonsense.

As the plate started coming to a stop he glanced up at her, wondering if this will help either of them. "So, what have I won?" He joked with a smug smile.

Vianne's eyes flickered between the spinning plate and young mister Blackmar, watching with an amusement. What an inspiring image he was painting her. A huge red fish flying over a little village. A small chuckle began to nudge up her throat as she couldn't help but to picture for herself a fish of that calibre swooping over the little village of Lansquenet, how the humble village people would create, and my, how the Comte would stir! As for Anouk, well, she would probably love it. Such a strange little bairn.

'Ahh,' She exhaled as she straightened herself back up, looking at Axel for a moment with a glint in her eye. 'What an fiery mind you must have, Monsier Blackmar. Very visionary.'

Leaving the men with the ornament the woman turned smoothly, her skirt floating with the air as she swirled. Now came the fun part, and the most challenging. Her finger tapped thoughtfully at her cheek as she scanned her produce, thinking deeply as her eyes scanned every every item it came to, from the scatter of carefully rolled and foiled chocolate morsels to the bowl of black truffles. What did she need, what was as spirited as a young person's imagination? Perhaps the Vanilla Ganache? No, too fine. It wasn't enough. Her eyes slid along a little more, stopping again on a bowl of grounded Almond Praline. Vianne shook her head to herself, it just wasn't what she was looking for. She half turned away from the side shelves, to another counter behind her, her face instantly beaming. Ah, there it was.

It was a heavyish plate that would take both hands to lift, and she carried it cautiously back to her waiting guests. Setting it down, she breathed out with accomplishment. Sitting between her and Axel on the counter was a fairly big cake, with a smoothed over surface and and carefully frosted circular edge sculpted at the chocolatier's hand just hours before. Vianne grinned at it proudly, before reaching across to fetch herself a thick knife and plate. She cut, sinking the knife into the deep and soft centre of the cake and slowly plunging. Not too fast, or the cake would crumble - and what a waste that would be. Finally she placed a slice onto a neat plate and pushed it a little forward of the counter to Axel.

'Semi-sweet chocolate. To richen the mind's eye.' Vianne held a fork in her hand, offering it to him. Like a soothing salve for the body and spirit, what she offered him was a return to the origins of black chocolate, powerful and full-bodied yet tender, with the finest botanic pedigree, silky butter cream filling with rich cocao flavor. 'Slightly more cocoa than average, you'll either love it or hate it.'

Her smile couldn't care less about whether or not she had got it right, but oh, how she loved a challenge. 'But I think it could be your favourite.'

(I suddenly want me some cake >> and I hope that was somewhat accurate, my little musing of Axel xD)

When Vianne was offered one of Wonka's bars, Spencer felt his phone vibrating. "Ah shit. These people got me on a leash. Hold on a sec." He said grabbing his phone from his pocket and excusing him self to the side. It as the sponsor for the Fighter project that he was having talks with earlier. He was calling about a minor miscommunication in the details of the deal. Once he got that settled, Spencer returned to the booth, seeing an addition to the group that had formed.

"Sorry 'bout dat. Sometimes it seems like I cain't get away from dis corporate shit," He said dismissively. His eyes shifted to the cake Vianne was bringing to the counter and he grinned at the sight of it. "I ain't see no one else bring out a cake. I thank dat's a point fo' you." He watched as a piece was slid over to the young new comer. He smiled at him. "Let me know if I should get a piece, buddy."
He was then reminded of Vianne's bold claim of guess what Jill might like. The two pieces of chocolate were still there waiting for a taste test.

"Now ...you said dis one was t' relax an' ease and dis one was to excite?" His grin became even wider and a bit mischievous. As far as Spencer was concerned, a bit of both in certain contexts would bit interesting for Jill. But Spencer decided to go with the more obvious, less suggestive choice. "Mmm well see I'm thankin' I'mma try th' first one. We expectin' twins an she has a load on her shoulders. Lot a stress an' shit. We moved t' New York not too long ago and she's still tryin' t' get used t' thangs." Spencer picked up a piece of chocolate from the wrapping, putting it in his mouth.

"Pretty damn good," he told her honestly. After a moment he nodded. "Mm. Ain't bad at all." He laughed a bit and started pulling out his wallet. "I ain't sure Wonka. I'm thankin she's got ya beat." He turned to Vianne. "Let me get two bags a' those."

Then something caught his eye, the strange plate that she brought out earlier. He nodded to it. "I'm thankin dat ain't t' eat cake off of."

Although Vianne was taking her time in trying Mr. Wonka's chocolate, Roux knew that she would never be so rude as to deny his offer. She wasn't that kind of woman; her down-to-earth attitude and sweet demeanour are what drew the gypsy to her in the first place. Perhaps she was thinking something over. The Irishman stayed in his spot, leaning on the stand, and stared at the woman fondly. Soon enough, however, her attention was turned to a young man who had arrived at the stand. He was an unfamiliar face, but he seemed nice enough. Of course, he wasn't here for any of them; the chocolate had obviously summoned the boy. Hopefully the other chocolatier wouldn't mind if Vianne had held up on trying his Wonka Bar for a bit longer.

Shortly after they had made small take and their introductions, Rocher pulled out her ceramic wheel. The gypsy had seen her play this game with new customers, but she had never played it with him. He decided to comment, "Vi, why've ya ne'er played that game with me?" Vi...he'd never called her that before, but it just rolled off of his tongue effortlessly. Either way, he stuck out his lower lip and looked at her with mock sadness. He watched bemusedly, however, as Axel described what he saw. Quite imaginative indeed. Spencer had to take a call on some strange-looking device that Roux had never seen before. Very interesting.

Vianne chose Axel's favourite, a semi-sweet chocolate cake, and gave Spencer a chocolate to try. Spencer's next comment was sure to make Wonka flustered. Time would tell...

Relieved to see that the chocolatier found his description amusing Axel grinned, her musing over which chocolate to offer him continuing to capture his interest. It seemed she liked playing this little game, a smile of delight never leaving her lips. Still behaving unpredictably she reached for something under the table, his interest peeking. However, he didn't expect for her to bring out something so huge, his eyes widening a little as the cake was placed before him in all it's glory.

"Hot damn", the words slipped out by themselves, a little taken aback by how delectable what he was about to taste looked. "I didn't know you made cake too, miss", he added. "Impressive." It seemed everyone else around him was eating chocolate, making him feel special that he'd be the first one to try this most delicious looking desert..

Taking hold of the plate and fork he nodded at her as a sign of appreciation, the sweet scent already filling him. "Thank you", he said and brought the fork down slowly, bringing a piece of chocolate heaven to his lips.

The cocoa melted on his tongue, his eyes fluttering at the sweet delight. It was heavy and rich with flavor, making him think it was entirely made from scratch, the woman putting a lot of time and love into it. That familiar scent he felt before suddenly hit him once again, finally able to distinguish it as something from his childhood. Perhaps his mother made him something similar when he was a little boy, he couldn't quite remember. Regardless he was glad it was brought up again, making him discover that certain tastes were able to carry him back to those days as well as the smell of cheap cologne.

"Wow", he commented after swallowing some of it, resigning to chewing some more. "Tastes like… home." He chuckled a little at himself and upon hearing her say he would either love it or hate it, finding it absurd that anyone could hate something so delicious. "Oh, I love it. You hit the nail on the head, miss."

He caught the words of one of the men trying the chocolate bars, asking him if he should get a piece. "Definitely" he said and finally swallowed the rest, proceeding to lick his lips. "I definitely recommend it."

The man then addressed the man in the top hat as Wonka, making him glance in his direction. "Oh, is that your stand then, over there?" he asked, pointing the fork behind himself, his other hand occupied with holding the plate. "I was wondering where the owner was" he added, proceeding to dig into the rest of the cake as he awaited for the conversation to unfold.

(IS THIS PISS OF WONKA DAY? Holy shit lol)

Quite flustered was the chocolatier, though he tried his darnedest to uphold a professional exterior, especially in front of potential buyers. But unfortunately, Wonka was hardly skilled in that basic sort of thing.

Vianne had suddenly taken a moment to comment upon Wonka's choice of chocolate, informing him that it wasn't his favourite. She then assured him that she'd try his after this brief intermission, and turned back to the young man, Axel Blackmar. He furrowed his brows slightly, but kept his mouth shut. Uhm, and how would she know that? We've only just met...

Wonka felt painfully awkward as he stood there, watching as Vianne and the little squirt went about their business. But then the lady brought out something that he had noticed from before, but hadn't thought much of. Now, as he eyed it, he could tell it was an ancient artifact of some sort. He had seen similar works of art on his travels to Loompaland, and to other foreign paradises. He smiled, reminiscing upon lost journeys and memories from what didn’t feel too long ago, after all.

"That's quite the artifact,” he told her. The plate was spinning rapidly, the young man watching it intently, as intrigued as Wonka was. She asked Axel a simple question, to tell her what he saw. Axel described something rather imaginative. But from Wonka’s angle, he could see his own past. He could see the forests and jungles of Loompaland, the chocolate palace he had built in India that had melted beneath a scorching hot sun, the disgusting bugs he had combated and eaten out of respect, the twisted stain-glassed windows of his earliest shop…

But then, he spotted something else. His violet eyes widened, staring trance-like into the whirling plate. Willy’s lower lip quivered for a very brief moment as he was unwillingly taken back to his dreadful childhood, the chilly draft of the foreboding house wrapping around his small frame once more. His father stood over him, glaring cruelly as he hurled his savory Halloween candies into the fireplace. The flames snapped and crackled, devouring the foiled chocolates quickly, heartlessly.

Wonka did not snap out of his trance until Spencer had addressed him once more, and he winced outwardly, fighting off his shaken state as he looked up at his face. That particular flashback had been oddly affecting, oddly nasty. He took a deep breath, knowing that now would not be a good time to lose composure. But the chocolatier had nothing to say to the blonde, severely disgruntled at being “beat.”

The chocolatier began to detest this entire situation. This wasn’t his town, it was obviously Vianne’s, and the strange feeling of intrusion only increased. He wished he had stuck to what he knew, his factory.

Then the Axel-runt addressed him, after finally ceasing to run his mouth about how darn great Vianne’s chocolate was. “Why, yes, that is my stand over there…would you like to come over?” he invited. His eyes darted over to the two men. “You two are welcome to come as well. There’s still much you haven’t seen yet.” With that, he placed the chocolate bar on the table close to Vianne, and turned on his heel to lead them to his stand.

(Looks that way, don't it xD)

Monsier Armacost was a different character, so far generous in his disposition and liberal with his opinions. Yet eager in his pursuit for a favourite object for his wife, staiding not to reflect on the following consequences of what business he worked with but moving to the little pieces of contribution she had left him earlier on the counter. 'Ah, Noir Chocolat. Fine choice.'

While he allowed himself a taste, she would see to young Axel. A never-ceasing smile on her face as she watched him yield to the desires and whims of richer chocolate. Vianne was a woman of the world, and as so knew the powers that a few beans and some milk and sugar held, with perhaps a pinch of chilli too. The power to engage a man, or woman, to indulge in unrestrained gratification. Flattered she was that he seemed to be enjoying it so much as she remembered spending the forenoon grinding and stirring and the afternoon following keeping a vigil by the oven. Giving her a tender and eloquent piece of bakery that she knew would prove a powerful discourse to someone.

'You're very kind,' Vianne said, voice starting with genteel. 'And I do hope the nail will forgive me!'

She inclined into a expressedly warm chuckle, sighing it away and letting the young man be to his new favourite. Turning back towards the américain and lowering her attentions to his selection, beginning to wrap and bind with the crackly foil.

'Sweet of you to say but I'm not looking to beat anyone,' A sudden cheer came into her voice, lifting her head to smile at him. 'Oh, twins? How lovely for you. Children, such lights to our lives wouldn't you agree? I've one of my own too, my Anouk. I expect she is hopping around somewhere with her dear little kangaroo right now.'

Vianne persisted her good-intented chatter as she furthured pretty-ing up the man's gift to his wife. Conceiving it a proper time to express her love and admiration for her daughter, her voice carrying a loving touch when talking about her and finishing with yet another small laugh. She finished the arranging and folding with a thin bow at the neck, tying it in a neat knot. Looking up just in time to see him bring out his money, she shook her head and raised her hand.

'Oh non non, monsieur. This is a festival of good will, I'm not accepting money today.' She pushed the two little bags toward him with a gentle nudge of her palm. 'My best wishes to your wife too, from one mother to another.'

Something of hers caught the man's attention, she followed his eyes and was lead to her dear instrument. 'Certainly not what it's intended for.' She said, looking down at it fondly. 'I see it, as a little bit of fruitful fun. Like a game with prizes.'

Vianne intended to give it a spin to show Spencer what she meant, before her attention was captured by her handsome Irishman. It occuring to her to endeavour to keep him aware of her fondness for him and how it was still there. Giving him a polite and tender look, distracted for just a moment as she leaned over the counter and took his face between her thumb and fingers, squeezing very gently in a playful way.

'But Roux, I already know your favourite. What fun would that be if you played a game but already knew what the prize was?'

She spoke like she was patronizing a child, grinning as she pecked his lips she was forcing into a slight pout and letting him go, returning back to her stationed position at her stall. How happy Anouk would be to see him, he always got on so well with her daughter. Her fellow chocolatier comrade using his persuasive powers to convince her and everyone else over to his stall. Of course Vianne would be only happy to, but she could not help but sense she may have caused somewhat of a flush of resentment from him. She hoped not, the last thing she wanted in such a happy setting was an unhappy face. Her first business being only to please. She would tend to his happiness and follow, but first she glanced down at his own make of chocolate bar. Peeling away the corner and snapping away the small chunk exposed, slipping it into her mouth. Hmm, very fine. Not entirely what she was used to, but still - very fine.

Roux leaned back against the stand, taking extra care to not disturb any of the confections that lay upon its shelves. His glance switched between Vianne and the spinning wheel. Something about the swirling patterns was so mesmerizing that the gypsy felt like he was on a different plane. He saw lush, rolling green hills and was reminded of his homeland, Ireland. I should go back there sometime. The waters aren't bad this time o' year. Maybe e'en bring th' girls with me. Josephine could probably watch th' shop...he thought, not even taking his eyes off of the spinning artifact. However, the wheel came to a slow stop eventually, revealing the original pattern it bore. It would be interesting to know where and how Vianne had acquired it. The Irishman so desperately wanted to know more about this woman. From the second he saw her, he knew she was special. She had an air of worldliness which was so appealing to the gypsy. Maybe he could ask her his questions when they had more time alone together.

Now wasn't that time. The men at the stand were talking, but he couldn't hear their words. Being alone for so much of the time made Roux a very introverted person in situations like these with a few unfamiliar people. He sought refuge in his mind, enjoying the time to think about everything surrounding him. Apparently, now wasn't the time for thinking, either. He felt a sudden pressure on his cheek and turned his gaze to the perpetrator of the act. Vianne was having a bit of playful fun, and the gypsy smiled at it despite the limited mobility of his face muscles. "Strong grip yeh 'ave, Vianne," he said lightly, staring at her with a glint in his deep, brown eyes. Instead of retaliating, all he did was smile.

Unexpectedly (after all, he had not been paying attention), Wonka made to leave the stand after placing a bar of his chocolate on Vianne's counter. As he knew she would do, the Frenchwoman tried the chocolate after peeling away its wrapper. He loved the way she looked as she let the chocolate melt in her mouth. Why would he want chocolate when he could have her? However, having her meant all the chocolate he could ever ask for. There were benefits. Either way, there was another thing on his mind. The other chocolatier's stand piqued his interest. Vianne seemed eager to visit, also.

"Shall we?" he asked her, holding out out a hand.

Spencer rewarded Vianne's charity with a charming grin, taking in her words about his children. Lights to our lives, and to the world. Spencer's plans for them would go beyond anything this chocolatier could imagine. This simple thought, this reminder, made him feel even better. It reminded him that he needed to get back home to Jill as soon as possible. To care for her, to care for his unborn babies.

"Anouk, eh? Well I'm thankin' you might wanna keep tabs on her kangeroo friend. I hear them kinda mammals can be bad influences," he said, looking serious, then winked to tell he was joking. He heard her protest and refusal of money but Spencer slipped a few bills over to her anyway. "Naw, I gotta give ya some kinda reward for winnin', don' I? Here. Don' worry 'bout it."

Soon everyone's attention was towards Wonka and his stand. He smiled at the peculiar chocolateer's invitation and said, "Damn, wish I could buddy. Got complete confidence in ya dat you's got some good stuff over dere, but...I gotta git goin. Got a wife at home probably worryin' and belly achin'." To Vianne he said, "Nice meetin' ya an' thanks fo' th' chocolate." He smiled at Roux and Wonka. "See y'all 'round."

Spencer walked away from the stands, now with a surprise for his beautiful wife Jill.

Axel observed the interactions around him quietly, too occupied with the delicious desert to engage in conversation. It appeared his suspicion was right, the man in the top hat proving himself to be a chocolatier as well. Soon an invitation to visit his stand was extended to him and offered to the rest of the group, not entirely sure how he felt about it. This man was interesting but also a little odd, then again a lot of eccentric (and talented) creators were. Still enjoying the chocolate heaven that melted in his mouth he decided to take notice of how other people in the group reacted to the suggestion, it buying him a little time to finish eating.

The man that was buying chocolate for his wife couldn't make it and left, Axel resigning to waving the fork at him as a silent 'goodbye' on account of his mouth being preoccupied. The other man seemed interested and beckoned the female chocolateir to join him, offering his hand to her as he awaited her reply. Axel let himself admire their gentle nature towards each other for a moment, wondering what it was like to have a relationship based on such a thing and not relish in those moments on special occasions like he did with the wild women he was involved with. Perhaps it would be better for him to leave and let them have privacy? Well, as much privacy as they could have during a festival. He chuckled on the inside as he realized it probably didn't matter what he decided after all.

Ending his musing at the same time he finished eating the cake he put the fork down on the plate with a little 'clunk', finally making up his mind. "Alright, count me in", he nodded in direction to the man in the top hat, glancing over to the happy couple as if telling them he'd be joining them. "Especially if it means I'll be getting more free stuff", he half-joked, proceeding to lay the plate on one of the many tables lined up before him and make his way towards the other chocolatier's stand.

'I see it, as a little bit of fruitful fun. Like a game with prizes.' she had said. A response Wonka hadn't anticipated. He shifted and turned. A soft smile graced his face as watched her as she stared down at her beloved heirloom, thinking.

Vianne seemed quite busied by the constant conversation with the men around her to even acknowledge his offering, and so he waited. Her partner was quite the romantic, still content with wooing her in his unique way. Love was a confusing concept for the chocolatier - one he seldom wasted his brainpower on. Just why could such a bothersome thing exist? What was it, anyway? Because love only led to boink boink and that only meant twp things: One, parenthood! And two, kids! Little terror-demons running around, all hell breaking loose. Couldn't be a pretty picture.

When Spencer began to speak, the chocolatier shook himself from his rather weird, unexplained thoughts. Just why had he started thinking about such a disturbing thing anyhow? Oh well.

"It's a-okay, Spencer" Wonka said, offering a small smile back. "Good-bye."

Then finally that frustrating teenager had decided to pay mind to the chocolatier's words. He seemed enthusiastic to join him, so that cheered him up a bit. Roux was inviting Vianne to join them, and so Wonka forgot that dreadful feeling of not belonging, and grinned.

"Great! Follow me!" he turned and began to walk, expecting all three of them to clamber after him.

At the stand, the Oompa Loompa looked up at Wonka and noticed the three people still behind him. A few children that had been infront of the stand took some items fromthe table and fleed to go to another stand. Like Vianne, Wonka wasn't charging anyone today. This was a small town's festival, anyhow. All in good fun and spirit.
